 • Manage the brand's presence on social media to increase brand recognition and audience engagement.

 • Regular posting on the founder's personal Instagram (1-2 posts per week, stories rarely) + Reels upon request.
 • Regular posting on the company's Instagram (a small number of posts, to be discussed).
 • Write short company news for the website.
 • Create posts for the internal Telegram channel (active collaboration with the HR department).
 • Knowledge of platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) and ability to manage them.
 • High copywriting skills for posts, video editing, and selection of visual content.
 • Develop content plans.

 • Experience working with social media content (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook).
 • English language proficiency - C1 and above.
 • Organizational skills (ability to prioritize and coordinate with other departments).
 • Creativity (ability to generate ideas and package them into content).
 • Proactivity and multitasking.
 • Effective communication skills with other departments (this position does not involve managing people).
 • Knowledge of ChatGPT and the ability to work with it, as well as AI in general.
 • Ability to work in Figma, create presentations, and structure information.
